This is my Ancient Greek Temple HDA made for the final teaching module at Escape Studios - Proceduralism for 2D & 3D.
In this project I learned a lot about procedural modelling such as which workflows work and which don't, technical limitations and the importance of optimizing node networks to maximize performance. I had a lot of fun learning VEX for this project and delving into some vector mathematics.
I had a lot of ambitious plans regarding this project but due to time limitations and due to my workflow I was not able to achieve what I wanted in time. I am hoping to re-visit this project in the future to introduce a weathering parameter and feature some destruction.
I have chosen Houdini as my specialism and I can't wait to create some more complex projects using it!
